Iran States It Might Rejoin American Atomic Discussions provided that Handled with 'Dignity' and 'Honor'

Tehran is prepared to restart atomic talks with Washington provided that it is handled with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has declared.

Abbas Araghchi stated exclusively dialogue worked, and revealed fresh requests had been made by mediators to resume talks with the Trump administration. Following this, European countries used their privilege to reimpose global restrictions, but Iran asserts they have not had a substantial consequence.

Magic Solution Offered

Iranian officials said they felt they had attained a "magic solution" to the enrichment issue in earlier negotiations, when it was decided an domestic cooperative with American involvement could refine atomic fuel. The two nations would have been able to declare success since local refinement would have continued and the US could be assured that Iran's enrichment initiative was exclusively peaceful.

It had not been decided in the discussions that US nuclear scientists could function within Iranian territory, but that was a logical implication of the consortium proposal. Political Standpoint

In his remarks to the conference, aimed to portray the US as a hegemonic power that abuses the idea of global regulations, the foreign minister said the 12-day war revealed the clash could not be settled by military means. He said the strikes commenced with a US demand for an unconditional Iranian surrender and culminated with an unconditional call for a ceasefire.

Iran is assured the initial Israeli attacks were mounted with total Washington understanding and collaboration, making trust challenging to restore.

Negotiations Continues the Ultimate Resolution

Araghchi stated: "It was not Iran that had abandoned negotiations; it was America and the European states that had consistently tried to dictate their demands during the talks. Negotiations can still be alive and stays the ultimate answer to address conflicts, but its requirements, rules and principles must be followed."

"Provided that they speak to the nation of Iran with the approach of dignity and honor, they will obtain a response in the same tone."

In what is characterized by Tehran representatives as the conflict of recovery and reconstruction, Araghchi stated he was confident Iran's military capacities "are much stronger than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year.
