British Airways to provide free quick in-flight wifi by way of Starlink agreement

Travelers flying with this carrier are set to access quick wifi during flights free of charge after a recent agreement with SpaceX's space company.

The airline stated that the free, “fast and dependable” connectivity offering from SpaceX becomes available to passengers in economy, business, or first class from the coming month.

The parent firm for the airline, International Airlines Group, confirmed it had secured an deal with the satellite firm to offer wifi services on more than 500 jets operated by its carriers, such as the Irish airline, the Spanish carrier, plus Vueling.
